progress update for outdated wiki.
update translated pages? macro in all wiki pages.
update wiki to new code for all languages.
update pictures for all languages with place holders.
remove useless pages and fix missing pages and incorrectly named pages.
get ready to replace pictures and wiki paths for languages with new code.
