[base-files] Multiple simplifications
Instead of mainting a clone of fstab for each and every new box, modify it during build time according to info from machine config.
Also add mount-helper.sh (previously mdev-mount.sh) here, but also unified into one, inject the blacklist at build time if needed.
mount-helper.sh was also modified to work together with udev/eudev if needed.
