Added support for Miraclebox Mini and Sezam 1000-HD, it is not worth to add new machine.conf, have double feeds and double commpilation. Please refer to just one patch: ​https://github.com/a4tech/dvbapp2-gui/blob/master/main/enigma.cpp and branding will be done, images will be packed in good ZIP files as well
