[initscripts] Fix mountall.sh and mountnfs.sh, enhance fastrestore
mountall.sh was supposed to mount all local media only, but it also tried to mount all network shares except NFS3, probably causing boot delays for users with SMB shares in fstab
mountnfs.sh in contrast was restricted to only a handful of file-systems
FastRestore:
- now properly shows TV and LCD output on SF4008/SF5008 during restore.
- try to support post-installed kernel-modules
- try to remount more robust with swap on media
- support user supplied .ipk in /media/[hdd|usb|backup]/images/ipk
